Back to the weightloss !!

Went to Slimming World tonight.  Put on 8 pound over Christmas.  In the past I have put on a stone or more.

Need to lose three stone! I have got to target before I can do it again!!

Back to work tomorrow.

I am back to work tomorrow.  I do not mind as I have been off since 20 December and know a lot of people have not had a good break.  Besides I feel glad I have a job.  Since I have been aching all over for months it has become difficult but I feel I am coping.  I only have a two day week I would feel overwhelmed if I went back Monday to find five days in front of me.

I wanted to go for a walk today but unless this rain shifts that will not happen!  I have some chores to do I need to take some trousers up and iron items for work.   I have slimming world tonight which may or may not be busy, I do enjoy it we have a good crowd.  I really must lose some weight.

So today I shall be getting ready to go to work tomorrow, read and maybe watch a film. What do you do on New Year's Day?

Happy New Year!  OH and I are having a quiet night in eating leftovers and playing scrabble.  Might watch a little tv.  What are you doing? Staying in or going out.  We have decided to stay in.

Having been through further health problems lately I do not know what the next year brings.

I know I shall continue to go to silver class, slimming world and crochet club.  I shall try and use what I have.  I have used vouchers in the sale and should have enough clothes to see me through at least 6 months.  I have plenty of food in which should last me through January.

My daughter is getting married in September and I am paying for the dress which will set me back.  We have booked a holiday to Egypt for May which isn't cheap but should be paid for by an investment which matures in March.  My GD is one in February I cannot believe how time flies! I spent Christmas Day with DD and GD. Had such a lovely time.
