Reactions!

I have seen that some of my blogger friends have a reactions monitor at the end of their posts.  Sometimes I do not have time to comment but like them to know that I have read it ( albeit not sure if they actually know who read it) but I would like one I my blog and was wondering if some kind person could point me in the right direction please?
